Refund and returns policy

Return Policy:

You may return eligible products in their original packaging for a credit or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later, minus shipping and handling fees.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Request an RMA Number: To return a product purchased online, email our Customer Service at usa@kiteoptics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA is required for all returns.

  2. Return Conditions: Products must be returned in undamaged and complete condition, including all accessories, in their original and undamaged packaging, with the label, and ideally with a copy of the delivery note.

  3. Refund Processing: Please allow up to 7 days after the return is received and inspected for the refund to be processed. You may choose to exchange the product or receive a refund in the original form of payment.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Return costs will only be reimbursed if KITE OPTICS delivered a wrong or damaged item. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  5. Defective Products: Customers who exchange products found to be defective will receive a credit for the original shipping charges.

  6. Promotional Items: If you return a product that qualified you for a discount, promotional item, or promotional card, and you do not return the discounted or promotional item or have already redeemed the promotional card, we may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item, or redeemed card from your refund.
