OOOPS, I DROPPED THEM!
Don’t worry, here is what to do:
STEP 1
Be sure your instrument is, or is not, in need of service. Check out our FAQ page and maybe you find an answer to your problem. If you have doubt regarding the need of service, do not hesitate to contact your local dealer or Kite Optics.
STEP 2
Contact your local specialist dealer. In some cases your dealer may even be able to fix your instrument himself through small repairs or the replacing of basic parts that are being provided to him by Kite Optics.
STEP 3
If the instrument is in need of repair. Please take your instrument to your dealer who will make sure the instrument reaches us safely. Please do not forget to completely fill in the repair form below, which will allow the dealer or Kite optics to identify the owner of the instrument and the problem that has occured on the product.
STEP 4
Your dealer or we will get back to you with the result of our inspection and how the Kite warranty may be able to help you. We will inform you of the possible ways to continue to repair, replacement and return of the instrument. We do the best we can to get the instrument back with you as soon as possible. In normal conditions we aim to have instruments in our repair shop no longer than 2 to 3 weeks.
